Africans Must Not Depend On Africa -Kneelyo Akinbowale

Being an African is supposed to be a thing of pride for all Africans. In the present day context Africans are not proud of the current situation we find ourselves.

Citizen of most African nations are always eager to migrate to most western due to low standard of living. This mindset has preoccupied the line of thought of most Africans that they throw caution to the wind in seeking for greener pastures abroad.

Most successful Africans have to travel out of the continent either to study or work before being successful. why! because they believe Africa is not a place that help people in achieving their desired successes.

Africa is a continent that is filled with talented individuals and stars that find it very hard to be useful to themselves and community. African leaders only care about themselves, they believe every African must go through rigorous and stressful activities before they could attain success. They had forgotten that the Europeans and Americans leaders created legacies for generations yet unborn to follow and that is why today we refer to them as leading countries across all facets of human endeavors

We are Africans we have the best weather, crops, minerals resources in the world but still we are poor.

A lot of people are jobless not because they are lazy but because our African leaders refused to create more job opportunities. We prefer to build churches and mosques rather than factories and malls.

Now most Africans especially the youth that are to be seen as leaders of tomorrow  are jobless. And this makes an average youth to be pronate to committing fraudulent activities and other dirty businesses.

Most of our youths are talented and creatives but hardly will you find most of us on the map representing our continent just like others because most of us don’t have funds and places we can showcase our talents. Our leaders invest more in POLITICS than ENTERTAINMENT and SPORTS because they believe in POWER than TALENTS.
