In life most people would like to know their enemies because they believe their enemies are the ones behind their mischievous life, forgetting that they are the real enemy of themselves.

Being an enemy of yourself can be cause through being lazy, having a doubting spirit about yourself or procrastination. A negative mindset can also make you an enemy of yourself.

In life, we humans have two types of enemies and these are either known or enemy in disguise. There are cases where humans create enemies for themselves by sharing secrets with people they see as friends, but will later end up as their enemies because of the things or secrets they have shared with them. Friends might later end up as enemies because they’re envious of secrets or achievements of their fellow human.

More often than not most people in life are enemies of themselves because they created let out secrets about their achievements to the wrong people or having low self-esteem because of past experiences.
Laziness is also a major enemy towards achievement in life.
It is of utmost importance to nuture the habit of keeping future goals until they flourish.

Sometimes the known enemy might not be the true enemy but the unknown who disguise either a prayer partner or a relative.

Self limitation, having a low self-esteem or procrastination are forms of Internal enemies. At the point where motivation is needed procrastination might lead to postponment of actions responsible for actualizing you goals can show up.

Enemy of the mind will make you lose hope in yourself by condemning every ideas that comes to your mind, stop you from taking steps whether forward or backward.

Apart from enemy of progress and enemy in disguise, enemy of the mind (self limitation) is also an enemy on itself created by an individual.
