The Role Of Father To Son And Son To Father by Pastor Olusoji Ogundeko Mnse

Heavenly Father, I pray this day in my fear, despair and weakness. I come before you as one seeking protection and shelter as I face the advancing forces of the enemy. I humbly ask for your safeguarding, divine intervention and defense of my soul in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Consider mine enemies for they are many and they hate me with cruel hatred. Please, Lord, encircle me with your defense and surround me with your mighty presence and insusceptible shield all the days of my life in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

May your heavenly army stand as a formidable barrier warding off all the advances and shenanigans’ of my enemies in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. For I take refuge in the shadow of your wings knowing fully well that no harm can befall me under your shelter forever. Have you not said,For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not I will help thee.

Consequently, O LORD, Give ear, unto my prayers and attend unto the voice of my supplications”. Because, the LORD is with me as a mighty terrible one, therefore my persecutors shall stumble, and they shall not prevail. They shall be greatly ashamed for they shall not prosper. Their everlasting confusion shall never be forgotten. Lord, I trust in your unfailing love and unwavering faithfulness. Therefore, Please, Lord, Grant me courage, strength and shock absorber to face any tribulations or trials that may come my way and empower me with the spirit of discernment to recognize the tactics and logics of the adversaries and the wisdom to navigate through them in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen.

Please, Lord, completely dismantle the designs of the enemies and scatter their forces. Let their advances crumble before your might and righteousness. Let them who seek my fall be publicly disgraced as you stoutly hold my right hand walking and working with you into your undisputed Kingdom. Foil their schemes and render them powerless in the face of your mightiness and divine authority in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen. I decree and declare this day, that I am protected by the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth and no weapon fashion against me shall prosper. I firmly stand in the knowledge and understanding that you are my deliverer and fortress. May I walk in the confidence of your presence with the full assurance that you are fighting on my behalf in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Thank you Lord for answering my prayers. Thank you Lord for your continuous defense and protection over my life and family in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth I pray. Amen. “TREAT ME OH! You will Know that There is A God in Heaven…… There will be epiphany in Nigeria Nigeria will not disintegrate. Did I not tell you that they will not handover to you and that you will be surprised at who they will handover to… Nigerians, you will enjoy…. AFRICA,YOUR EMANCIPATION IS AT HAND, REJOICE, HALLELUYAH… Take your place lord Have your way…… I AM SENT BY GOD TO GO AND REPAIR WHAT THE DEVIL HAVE DESTROYED!! On the 17th of July,2023 @ 8:34am…… I was consciously preparing my message for the month of July 2023, when I heard the voice of God saying: There’s a gap between Jesus and man and that gap must be bridged-God. I want to thank the Management of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja for celebrating my quintessential better half on the occasion of her Statutory retirement from Service and Sixtieth birthday celebration respectively. E jo mi lo ju. I specifically thank all LASUTH Nurses for their enviable role in this elaborate occasion. Particularly, Monitoring Crew and the quadruplets (HOUs) for this epic occasion. PREAMBLE: Your child is a reward to you at old age. The sacrifices that a father makes on his child can not be overemphasized nor compared with your self inflicted pains. Your father is exceptionally fantastic. He deserves to be treated in a specific special way as he ages Prov17:6;Ps127:3-4.

ROLE OF SON TO FATHER.

1. Visit your father always in his old age.He likes you keep his company…Prov23: 24-25

2. Stop shouting at your father. He has become your cross, gbe agbelebu reee, carry your cross……Prov30:17;1Cor6:9-11….I saw an old woman and her daughter going to LASUTH, they were crossing the road under bridge, the daughter held her hands. So, I asked mama, once upon a time you held the hands of this lady to cross road, today igba has yi pada. She’s the one holding your hands to cross the road. She smiled and prayed for me.

3. Respect your father….the best way to take care of your father is to respect him wholeheartedly and unconditionally too. Giving him his due respect indicate that you relish him properly……Deu27:16

4. Let your father express himself in his old age. He is excitefully delightful….Mal 4:6

5. He didn’t dump you when you were growing up so why dump him in care home. Ori mi ma je nna iya mi to bi mi, ah! aiye lee oo,2ce, omo t’onoya re ajiya, orimi maje ki nnaya mi to bi mi….Ps125:4

6. Don’t dump him in old people’s homes. Although it is not a crime if you do so but take note that he didn’t dump you when he was your age.Abandoning him at his old age shows cruelty on your part and a vicious way to reward him for the sacrifices he made for you in the past years………Deu5:16;Eph6:2;Mk7:11-13

7. Don’t be ashamed of your father…….maje ki oju baba e tie, ninu ikoko dudu ni eko funfun ti jade. Don’t be ashamed to identify with your father in the public. 8. Don’t let your father’s old age become your exasperation, you too will get old some how wether you like it or not except you don’t want to be aged…. Lev19:32

9. Don’t curse your father. It will lead to your sudden death….Lev20:9—read.

10. Don’t ever cogitate within you to expecting the sudden demise of your father because of all his health challenges caused by aging….na him own you see today ooo, tomorrow nko, you know your own. This is evil……Ps34:21

11. Don’t revile your father……..Mt15:4-6

12. Defend your father in all ramifications of existence…..

13. Be loyal, supportive and dedicated to your father…..

14. Spend a lot of love you have on your father……… 15. Son, be protective and also affectionate towards your father……..

16. Don’t ridicule your father, it will affect your tomorrow.a son calls him olori buruku

17. Value your father and encourage him…….

18. Spend quality time with your father though not to the detriment of your wife especially or your children generally…..

19. If your father can not live with you, then, provide good accommodation for him, if you can afford it. But and if you can not afford it,let him reside with you, if your wife approve of it. Let your father eat well. Keep the sabbath……….Lev19:3&30. David broke some rules to satisfy his people……1Sam21:1-6;Mt12:3-8 must read. King David broke all the Ten Commandments because of Bathsheba…..2Sam11:1-27. Is that justification to break the laws of God,nooo. There are exceptions to the rule and there are exception to the rules. Jesus also broke some rules to help people.

a.Jesus touched woman with 18yrs infirmity and healed her on sabbath….Lk13:10-14

b.Jesus healed a man with a withered hand on the sabbath day………….Mt12:10-11.

c. I also broke the rule by dissolving my sister’s marriage in the 1980s….Mk10:9 read Why did I dissolve the marriage and home of these couples; it’s because, “you don’t uphold any law at the expense of the life of your fellow human beings” I want you to understand some things here, the fact that I told you King Jesus and king David broke rules is not a criteria to break any rule of God. If you do, you will pay dearly for it. For example;King Saul of ancient Israel broke some rules which he never recovered from forever.

That is why I said don’t fall because if you fall you may not be able to stand up again forever…..therefore, stand fast…..1Cor15:58;Eph6:13-20;Gal5:1.

What’s the error of king Saul: 1Sam12:20;the people demanded for a king. 1Sam13:8-14;King Saul broke the rule……..read 1Sam15:1-9;Ex17:8-16=God rejected King Saul.
